In 2007, Jason began his journey in senior and pastoral leadership within the local church. It was during these years that he began to see the importance of leadership and how it is inextricably linked to the rise and fall of churches and organizations. Jason’s foremost challenge in leadership came while Pastoring a small neighborhood church (North End Community Church) that was on spiritual, numerical, and financial life support. In 6 months, Jason’s vision and passion to see a small neighborhood church not only survive but thrive, allowed him to successfully lead his church through a merge and rebirth as a new campus (Life Center at The Sanctuary) of Life Center Tacoma. In 6 more months, Jason’s church grew from averaging 14 adults in attendance each Sunday to over 120 in attendance. He knew that the timeless principles he’d learned needed to be shared around the world. Jason and his beautiful wife, Lakaii, have four children – Kaylin, Cason, Jur’nee, and England.
